Walter Beasley Ready For Love
January 23rd, 2007I can describe the latest release from Smooth Jazz sensation Walter Beasley for you with just one word… Outstanding!
Ready For Love opens with an outstanding track, Free, that I anticipate will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.
Ready For Love is a pleasantly varied, mix of 11 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly superb artist.
Walter Beasley is one of those musicians that has the ability to just bowl you over with his talent. The kind of artist it’s really a treat to be able to listen to.
Overall Ready For Love is a solid release. Quite possibly Walter Beasley’s best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Smooth Jazz music you’ll enjoy this CD.
My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore […as in “Stuck On REpeat”] is track 6, She Moves Me. This is a great track!
