October 25th, 2005Rick Braun has released his most recent album entitled Yours Truly.
This CD will grab your attention right out of the gate with Shining Star and doesn’t let go until the very last note of the very last song What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life?, which by the way is another great track.
Yours Truly is a nicely varied, mix of 9 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly gifted artist.
Rick Braun is one of those musicians that has the ability to just bowl you over with his talent. The kind of artist it’s really a treat to be able to listen to.
Listen to this CD and I believe you’ll find there’s not much to dis-like about it. If you’re even mildly into Smooth Jazz music you’ll enjoy this album.
My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore […as in “Stuck On REpeat”] is track 2, Holdin’ Back The Years. Wow!
